Welcome to Coevolve Wellness (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website coevolvewellness.com,
making a booking, purchasing a package, or participating in any retreat or event curated by Coevolve Wellness
(“Program”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions and
General Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the website and refrain from
making any bookings.

1. Website Usage Terms

All material displayed on this website, including text, graphics, photographs, branding elements, design layouts, and
other proprietary content, belongs exclusively to Coevolve Wellness and is protected under applicable intellectual
property laws. Visitors may access the website only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial use.

No part of the website or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, or commercially
exploited without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to update or modify content, restrict website
functionality, or suspend access at our discretion and without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payment

When you confirm a booking and make payment through our platform or authorised representatives, you enter into a
binding contract with Coevolve Wellness. All bookings are subject to availability, and full payment is required to
secure participation in any retreat, experience, accommodation arrangement, event ticket, or program.

Prices listed on the website are dynamic and may be subject to applicable taxes, service charges, and changes due to
currency fluctuations in the case of international arrangements. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge
and accept all associated charges and payment terms.

3. Itinerary & Travel Requirements

All published itineraries are indicative and may undergo adjustments based on operational or safety considerations,
which may include changes in airline schedules, weather conditions, immigration protocols, venue rules, or
directives issued by local authorities.

Airline-regulated factors, including but not limited to flight delays, baggage issues, re-routing, or cancellations,
remain solely the responsibility of the respective airline operator. Participants are responsible for ensuring they
possess all valid travel documents, such as passports, visas, identification proofs, and any mandatory medical
certificates. Any personal travel or activities undertaken outside the scheduled itinerary shall be at the participant’s
own cost and risk.

4. Event Participation Rules

Participants must comply with all retreat guidelines, venue rules, festival regulations, safety instructions, and lawful
directions issued by the Coevolve Wellness team and its authorised partners. The scheduled program may include a
range of wellness experiences such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, nature-based activities, as well as attendance at
music festivals or similar community events.

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that they are medically, emotionally, and physically fit to participate in
all planned activities. Coevolve Wellness reserves the right to restrict or remove any participant from activities or
the program entirely, without refund, if the participant is intoxicated, engages in harassment or harmful behaviour,
violates safety protocols, or poses a risk to themselves or others.

5. Accommodation & Room Sharing

Accommodation shall be provided in accordance with the category selected and paid for at the time of booking,
including single, twin-sharing, or group room options. Requests for room upgrades or specific room preferences
may be considered but are dependent on availability and may incur additional costs.

Participants sharing accommodation are expected to maintain a respectful and cooperative environment. Coevolve
Wellness will not be liable for interpersonal issues or disputes between room-sharing participants, and any changes
to room allocations will be at the sole discretion of the Company.

6. Code of Conduct (Revised with Bullet Points)

Participants are expected to maintain conduct that ensures a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment throughout
the retreat. In particular, participants must:

- Show respect and courtesy toward fellow travellers, staff, vendors, and local community members
- Adhere to all safety rules, retreat guidelines, and lawful instructions
- Conduct themselves in a manner that promotes the well-being and comfort of others
- Comply with all applicable laws at the destination

Participants shall also be responsible for any damage caused by their actions to property, facilities, or equipment.
Behavior involving harassment, discrimination, intimidation, violence, or creating a risk to self or others may result
in immediate removal from the program without refund and, if necessary, may lead to further legal action.

7. Health, Safety & Liability

Participation in any Coevolve Wellness program, retreat, activity, or event is voluntary and undertaken entirely at
the participant’s own risk. The experiences may involve physical exertion or outdoor conditions, and participants are
responsible for assessing their own level of fitness and personal health before engaging in any activity.

While every reasonable measure is taken to ensure comfort and safety, Coevolve Wellness will not be liable for any
injury, illness, disability, loss of life, theft, damage to belongings, travel disruptions, denied boarding, or any other
personal or financial loss that may arise during travel or participation. We strongly recommend that all participants
obtain comprehensive personal travel insurance, including medical coverage, trip protection, and coverage for
baggage or personal items. Any emergency medical care, hospitalisation, or additional arrangements required will
remain at the participant’s cost.

8. Refunds, Cancellations & Modifications

Refunds and cancellations for bookings are governed by the specific refund and cancellation policy applicable to
each event or retreat. These conditions may vary based on destination, experience category, ticket type,
accommodation, and venue partner requirements.

Before completing a booking, participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable refund and cancellation terms
communicated for that particular event. Once a booking is confirmed, any inability to travel or participate due to
personal circumstances—including missed flights, visa issues, illness, or change of plans, will be handled strictly as
per the applicable event-specific policy. Any changes to the schedule due to unforeseen operational or safety
concerns may result in rescheduling or alternate arrangements as deemed appropriate.

9. Behavioral Breach & Removal

Coevolve Wellness reserves the right to immediately restrict access to activities or remove a participant from the
retreat or premises if their behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, discriminatory, abusive, or in violation of the
Code of Conduct. In such circumstances, any costs related to early departure or alternative arrangements must be
borne by the participant, and no refunds will be issued.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

By making a booking, communicating with us, or accessing our website and digital services, you consent to the
collection and processing of personal information as described in the Coevolve Wellness Privacy Policy, which
forms an integral part of these Terms. Personal information may be shared with trusted partners and service
providers solely for the purpose of facilitating travel, accommodation, ticketing, and event services.

11. Third-Party Services

Our programs may include services offered by independent third parties such as airlines, hotels, transport vendors,
venue operators, and festival organisers. While we take care in selecting our partners, their performance, operational
decisions, service standards, schedules, safety protocols, and pricing remain beyond our direct control. Participants
may be required to comply with their individual terms and conditions, and Coevolve Wellness shall not be held
liable for any act, error, or omission of such third parties.

12. Force Majeure

Coevolve Wellness shall not be responsible for any delay or inability to fulfil its obligations in circumstances
beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, pandemics,
war, strikes, travel restrictions, political instability, venue shutdowns, and government-mandated regulations. In
such situations, itineraries may be adapted or rescheduled to ensure participant safety.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute,
claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with participation in an event or use of the website shall
fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.

14. Amendments

Coevolve Wellness may update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect operational,
regulatory, or policy changes. Continued use of the website or participation in our retreats/events following such
updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Participants are encouraged to review this page periodically for
the latest version.

15. Miscellaneous

1. Entire Agreement
   These Terms & Conditions, along with any specific booking policy issued to you, constitute the entire
   agreement between Coevolve Wellness and the participant. Any prior representations or communications
   (written or oral) are superseded.
   
   

2. Severability
   If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions
   shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
   
   

3. No Waiver
   Any delay or failure by Coevolve Wellness to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not
   operate as a waiver of that right or provision.
   
   

4. Assignment
   Participants may not assign or transfer their booking or obligations to any other person without prior written
   approval from Coevolve Wellness. We may assign rights or obligations to affiliated partners or service
   providers where necessary for service performance.
   
   

5. Relationship of Parties
   Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employer-employee
   relationship, or agency between the participant and Coevolve Wellness.
   
   

6. Notices & Communication
   All official communication from Coevolve Wellness shall be sent to the email address or phone number
   provided at the time of booking. Participants are responsible for ensuring accurate contact details.
   
   

7. Recordings & Content Usage
   Coevolve Wellness may capture photographs and videos during retreats and events for promotions, unless the
   participant expressly opts out in writing prior to the event.
   
   

8. Compliance with Laws
   Participants must comply with all local laws of the destination country/state during the retreat or event. Any
   legal consequences for breach shall be borne solely by the participant.
   
   

9. Survival
   Any clauses relating to liability, indemnity, intellectual property, governing law and dispute resolution shall
   survive termination or completion of participation in the retreat/event.
   
   

10. Interpretation
    Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation of any provision contained herein.
